The business conferencing facilities are regularly used by local and national companies, finding the environment an ideal retreat for focus, fun or relaxation. Ten minutes from Pietermaritzburg, forty-five minutes from Durban and four and a half hours from Johannesburg, the Hilton Country Estate & Spa conference centre offers both local and national businesses an ideal private, professional and personalized getaway.

Venue

The lavish, air-conditioned conference room comes standard with DSTV, surround sound, video and data projection facilities. Additional equipment can be arranged in advance if required.

Seating options

Lavish: seats up to 20 people
Luxury: seats up to 30 people in U-Shape formation
Life: seats up to 50 people in theatre style formation

Conferencing Tariffs

Full day conference package, includes two teas and lunch
R285 per person

Half day conference package, includes two teas, no lunch
R175 per person

Accommodation

With four double bedrooms in the main house and two Life Suites, we are able to accommodate sixteen guests on our beautiful estate.

The main house offers exquisite rooms with lavishly furnished, shared lounges and reception areas, whilst the Life Suites cater for those in need of a little private space. All accommodation is a stone’s throw away from our luxurious spa & gym.

Spa

The estate’s spa is regularly incorporated into conference programmes to help rejuvenate individuals after demanding days, creating a unique and tailored company experience.

In the interests of a secure environment, we do not take cash for the sale of drinks or food on the premises. Invoices are to be settled by direct bank transfer or credit card. A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of your reservation and the balance is to be settled on departure, unless previous arrangements have been made. All alcohol and soft drinks are available at an extra charge. Children over 12 are considered adults. 10% service charge will be added to all food and beverage bills.

Cancellation fees

100% is charged if you cancel your booking within 7 days prior to your arrival.
50% is charged if you cancel over 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
